Easy, Fast and Safe Application

WetSuit® bonds to most substrates and is applied using specialized, proprietaryspray equipment. While all surfaces must be clean, dry, free of loose materials, loose paint, oils and other contaminants, in most instances, no additional surface priming is required. A 60 millimeter WetSuit® membrane can be sprayed at a rate of 1,500 square feet per hour. Most application areas are easily accessed using a 250’ spray hose.

Penfolds-trained roofing experts apply WetSuit® to a minimum film thickness of 60 millimeters dry, 80 millimeters wet. WetSuit® cures rapidly (80% cured in three seconds) to a monolithic, highly flexible membrane.

Water-based and applied cold, WetSuit® avoids many of the insurance issues and dangers associated with torch-on and heat–reliant roofing applications commonly used on flat roofs and roof gutters.
