Metal Roofing

In the past years Metal Roofing or Steel Roofing has come a long way and today a Metal Roof is available in numerous forms and sizes. A Metal Roof can be preformed to the shape of a Shake or Tile and is also available in a panel which lays flat on a roof deck.

Many years ago Penfolds Roofing, recognising the long term value and beauty of Metal Roofing, purchased their own roll forming machine. In 2008 this machine was again replaced with a new, state of the art machine which is able to roll form panels in width ranging from 12” through to 24” and is capable of forming almost any thickness of metal. Penfolds Roofing have mounted this machine onto a custom made trailer and today they roll form each roof at the project site, thus greatly reducing material waste and transportation costs.
