The Penfolds Debris Free Gutter System incorporates a heavy duty gutter trough as well as a gutter guard to prevent debris from getting into the gutter itself. Also included is a gutter clean out that is installed in the down pipes about 4 feet off the ground. These clean outs are designed to prevent small debris that may enter the system from going into the underground drainage. The ultimate result of this system is that the gutter system is now cleaned from the ground and our customers do not need to climb up on a roof to clean the gutter systems.

When Penfolds are invited to estimate a roof replacement we will inspect the existing gutters that are generally as old as the home, which could be anywhere from 15 to 50 years old and even older at times. The purpose is to ensure that when Penfolds Roofing has completed the installation the home owner will have a trouble free "Roof As A System®" for many years to come.

In the customized proposal that Penfolds Roofing prepares for our customer, a detailed scope of work and pricing will be provided at the same time as the roof replacement proposal is drawn up for the gutter system.
