Lifetime Warranty

At Penfolds Roofing we proudly offer a lifetime warranty on all our own manufactured roofing, windows and accessories including skylights.

The lifetime warranty applies to CedarTwin roof shingles, Ziplok Metal Roofing™, as well as Pentek Windows and Skylights. Your Penfolds roof will be covered, including both materials and labour for as long as your home is standing, regardless of whether you sell it to a new owner continue to own it for life.

During the first five years, you will receive 100% Replacement Cost Coverage. After the first five years, your coverage will be prorated based on the usage received, but after 30 years the proration ceases, and there will always be a residual value in your roofing warranty. Now that’s true coverage!

Workmanship Warranty

The Penfolds Roofing workmanship warranty gives total peace of mind for up to 10 years. Your roof is automatically protected against any workmanship problems for the first five years.

After the fifth year, the Penfolds “Certificate of Continuing Workmanship Warranty” may be validated, at the option of the Home Owner, and coverage may be extended for an additional 5 years, subject to Penfolds Roofing carrying out an inspection of the installation, and performing a “Roof Tune-up”. At Penfolds, we want you to know that we will always be there to service and maintain your roof.
