Every single person who works for Penfolds Roofing has been carefully chosen. We take the quality of our work and the safety of our workers and work sites very seriously.

We have a comprehensive Occupational Health & Safety Policy and all our staff undergo extensive orientation and training to ensure consistently high-quality work and a thorough knowledge of our installation processes and our safety policies and procedures.

We have a dedicated department in our company that monitors and reinforces our quality and safety commitment every day.

We pride ourselves on our low staff turnover - many people on our team have been with us for over 10-years.

Contrary to the norm in the roofing industry almost all Penfolds roofing applicators are employees, as opposed to the conventional “sub-contract” method. It is in this way that we are able to ensure the quality of all our roofing installations.
